Welcome to School of Strength!
The School of Strength introduces a new way for everyone to stay fit by exercising regularly using a series of fitness videos created in partnership with the World Wrestling Entertainment (WWE). These fitness video series features WWE Superstar Becky Lynch alongside Special Olympics athletes working out to achieve fitness.
As field activities remain suspended and athletes continue to stay at home with constrained movement, having a challenging workout routine to commit to is a great way to staying fit in reaching their athletic goals.
We encourage you to workout with these fitness videos five times a week. The videos are also accompanied by downloadable interactive toolkits for coaches and caregivers that features recipes, a fitness tracker, games, and health tips.
